Rhonda

Treatment Coordinator / Marketing Director

I’ve been a part of the Perennial Smiles team since 1979, and I really enjoy being a part of such a caring, welcoming group. As the Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Director, I help new patients feel comfortable and confident as they begin their care with us. I also work closely with referring dental offices and enjoy finding ways to share our practice with the community. After all these years, it still feels like family here-and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two sons, hanging out with friends and family, and taking walks with my sweet dog Remi. I also enjoy a good meal with friends, decorating, and making spaces feel warm and inviting. Great food, great company, and a little creativity are some of my favorite ways to unwind.

Angel

Certified Orthodontic Assistant / Record Technician

I have worked for this wonderful practice since 1991. I help our patients receive great smiles by taking X-rays, photos, scans, and impressions. I also offer oral hygiene instructions on how to care for their braces. I love meeting all of our new patients and getting to know them and their families. It’s a lot of fun seeing how much they have changed during their treatment and how excited they are when they get their braces off.

I am married and live in Massillon with my husband Steve. We have three children: Dylan, Stevie, and Josie. We enjoy going to sporting events, gardening, and spending time as a family.

Terri

Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator, I greet and introduce all new patients into our office. While I enjoy working with patients of all ages, my favorite thing to do is see a child grow into a young adult with a beautiful smile. If a patient is not quite ready for treatment, I assist the orthodontist in keeping an eye on him or her until the person is ready for treatment. I have been with the practice since 1990 and previously worked in the office as the Clinical Supervisor for 23 years. We are a family-first practice, so we truly understand the importance of compassion, trust, and care.

My husband Jimmie and I have three children and 6 grandchildren. We enjoy spending time with our family and being outdoors in the summer.

Clinical Supervisor / Certified Orthodontic Assistant

I’m a Clinical Supervisor and Certified Orthodontic Assistant and have been with the team since 2006. Every day I work closely with our patients to ensure they feel at ease, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey. Whether it’s answering questions, offering support, or just sharing a laugh, I’m here to make each visit a little easier. I truly love what I do and feel lucky to be a part of a team that’s all about creating smiles.

When I’m not at the office, I’m all about family time. I have two wonderful grandchildren who keep me smiling, and I love spending time with friends and family; soaking in the little moments are what matter the most to me.

Olivia 

Clinical Assistant

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’ve been with this practice since 2022. You’ll find me in the clinic, as I like to say, “Where the magic happens”. Every day I am learning something new. I love getting to know all of the patients and listening to everything they have to share with me. I help calm the nerves of all our new patients who do not know what to expect. I love my job here at Perennial Smiles.

Outside of work I spend time with my husband Zach and my kids Zachary Jr, who is three years old, and my daughter Josephine, who is 8 months old. I also enjoy shopping, cleaning and I love going to the beach.

Porchae

Lab Technician / Clinical Assistant

As a dental technician I work in our lab to make different types of retainers, pontics, and 3D printing models. I also work with other labs to insure that our patient’s receive the right appliance they need for treatment. When the clinic needs a hand I assist Dr. Morgan and I love working one on one with our patient’s chair side. I really enjoy being one of the first and the last steps of the patient’s treatment in the lab and seeing their smile transform.

In my free time I love making memories with my husband Andrew and our two kids, Maliyah and Myles. I enjoy reading books, hanging out with friends and outdoor activities.

Financial Coordinator

Hi, I’m the Financial Coordinator here! I help support patients and their families I many aspects throughout the office-whether it’s handling finances, insurance, scheduling, records, or jumping in to help in the clinic. I was introduced to this side of orthodontics in 2014 and I was excited to join the team here in 2024. I really enjoy being a flexible, reliable part of the day-today flow.

When I’m not at work, I love trying new recipes and finding fun, practical ways to transition my family of 6 to a more simple lifestyle.

Clinical Assistant

I’m an orthodontic assistant who loves helping patients feel confident in their smiles. I bring a warm, upbeat energy to the office and always strive to create a comfortable, positive experience for everyone I meet. With a lighthearted approach and a genuine passion for what I do, I aim to make every visit feel welcoming and stress-free. I hold an associate’s degree in Dental Assisting and Applied Business, which has given me a strong foundation to provide both skilled care and excellent patient support.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids who inspire me every day. I love spending my free time with them—whether we’re off on spontaneous beach trips, dancing around the house, or simply enjoying life’s little moments together. I’m passionate about staying active, and you’ll often find me fitting in a good workout or dancing to my favorite playlist. Music is like medicine for me, and dancing is my therapy. I believe in the power of positivity, meaningful connection, and a good laugh to brighten any day.

Clinical Assistant

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a clinical assistant at Perennial Smiles. I graduated with a Bachelors in child development from Kent State University in 2022 and I will be graduating with my certificate in Dental Assisting from Stark State this spring.

I live in North Canton with my husband Kyle and cat, Artemis. We are expecting our first child this fall and could not be more excited! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and spending time outside.

Scheduling Coordinator

As a scheduling coordinator, I greet our patients as well as set up your following appointment. I have over five years of experience in the orthodontic field. I truly love helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their entire journey.

One of my favorite parts of the job is watching smiles transform and seeing how a new smile can light up a patient’s confidence. I do my best to make every visit smooth, welcoming, and positive; from check-in to check-out.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Zach, and our son, Jonathan. We love going to the park, being outside, and making the most of our time together as a family.

Scheduling Coordinator

In my role as a scheduling coordinator, I’m usually the first person you’ll see when you walk through our doors or the voice on the other end of the phone. I help check patients in and out, manage the schedule, and do my best to ensure every visit runs smoothly and feels welcoming. I love being a part of a team that helps people feel confident in their smiles. I aim to bring that same positive energy to every interaction.

I’m all about staying active and being creative in my free time. Whether it’s hiking with my dog Lady, enjoying live music with friends, or exploring the city to see a play, I’m always looking for new experiences.
