Scheduling Coordinator

I have worked at our front desk scheduling our patients’ appointments since 2003. Because I get to see so many of our patients come in and out of the office, I also get to know them really well. I love watching them grow throughout their treatment and seeing their beautiful smiles at the end. I also enjoy working with all the great people in our office; we have a lot of fun working together as a team!

My husband Bill and I have four grown children between us: Ryanne and her husband Nick, Eric, Bruce, and Scotty. We also have six grandchildren: Baylee, Roman, Hudson, Brooklynn, Keegan, and Chase. Our free time is spent enjoying our growing family.

Treatment Coordinator / Marketing Director

Every day, I come to work and have a part in making so many people happy. I have been with this practice since 1979. Not only do I help our new patients get set up with their treatment, but I also communicate with referring dental offices and market our wonderful practice to the community. I’ve had the opportunity to work here for more than 30 years, and each year seems to be better than the last.

I have two boys: Trey attends Ohio State and Jacob received his Eagle Scout and is a student at the University of Oregon. In my spare time I enjoy the boys’ activities, reading, and going out to dinner with friends.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant / Record Technician

I have worked for this wonderful practice since 1991. I help our patients receive great smiles by taking X-rays, photos, scans, and impressions. I also offer oral hygiene instructions on how to care for their braces. I love meeting all of our new patients and getting to know them and their families. It’s a lot of fun seeing how much they have changed during their treatment and how excited they are when they get their braces off.

I am married and live in Massillon with my husband Steve. We have three children: Dylan, Stevie, and Josie. We enjoy going to sporting events, gardening, and spending time as a family.

Terri

Treatment Coordinator

As treatment coordinator, I greet and introduce all new patients into our office. While I enjoy working with patients of all ages, my favorite thing to do is see a child grow up into a young adult with a beautiful smile. If a patient is not quite ready for treatment, I assist the orthodontist in keeping an eye on him or her until the person is ready for treatment. I have been with the practice since 1990 and previously worked in the office as the clinical supervisor for 23 years. We are a family-first practice, so we truly understand the importance of compassion, trust, and care.

My husband Jimmie and I have three children: Tyler, Ashley, and Nikki. We also have a dog named Dakota. We enjoy spending time outdoors in the nice weather and watching most sports, especially motocross. I am also an avid scrapbooker.

Kriss

Financial Coordinator / Clinical Supervisor / Certified Orthodontic Assistant / Records Technician

I have assisted our doctors since 2006 with many aspects of patient care, in addition to taking the X-rays and impressions needed to create treatment plans. I enjoy working together and being a part of this team to help patients achieve their smile goals. Every day brings new and exciting challenges, and I meet them all with a smile!

I live in North Canton with my two amazing children. I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and spending my free time with my family and friends.

Janet

Clinical Assistant

I work one-on-one with our patients every day, to make sure they are comfortable and receive the best possible care. I have been doing this here since 2003. I still learn something new every day, and feel very fortunate to work in such a great office. We get to create spectacular smiles; what’s better than that?

I have been married for 23 years to my wonderful husband Darrell. We have a son, Matt, who is at Ohio State University and a daughter, Megan, who is in the nursing program at Walsh University. We have a dog named Scarlett as well. In my spare time, I like to go shopping, water skiing, bowling, and spending time with my family. My husband and I are also members of the Buckeye Corvette Club.

Renee

Clinical Assistant

I have been with the practice since 2005. In addition to assisting our doctors chairside, I also help to decorate our office for fun events and holidays, put together bulletin boards, and coordinate patient contests. We want our patients to have fun during their orthodontic experience, and I love having a hand in that. I really enjoy working with our patients and seeing how happy they are with their new smiles.

I have a daughter, Halle, who loves to dance with Candy Apple’s Dance Center. In my free time I enjoy shopping and spending time with my friends and family.

Lab Technician

Hi there!  I'm your very own behind the scenes Lab Technician.  I've been to several classes in New York that have helped me make the best appliances possible for our patients.  My goal is always excellence and I love what I do.  I started in the clinic, and have been with this practice since 2000.  I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Bernard passing the baton to Dr. Morgan.  She is truly amazing!

I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and kayaking. I love animals, reading, sewing, antiques, redecorating and being active in my church and community.

Clinical Assistant

I have worked at Perennial Smiles since May 2019.  I am a Certified Dental Assistant , as well as an EFDA.  My favorite thing about working at an orthodontic office is when a patient gets their braces off.  It's the best feeling to see their smiling face.

I live in Hartville with my husband Ryan and our golden retriever Scarlett!  I love spending time with my family. Two of my favorite things are naps and the beach!

I joined Perennial Smiles in June 2019.  I love being able to meet new patients and work one-on-one with them.  Seeing their smile transform and their confidence grow is absolutely amazing.  I attended Maplewood Career Center for Dental Assisting.  I am also a certified dental assistant.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  I enjoy spending time outside, gardening and paddleboarding.

HI!  My name is Alex.  I am a clinical assistant at Perennial Smiles and have been working in orthodontics for three years.  I graduated from Hoover High School and was a lunch buddy with the special ed class all four years of high school.  After high school, I had my daughter who is now 6 years old, and am expecting a boy in April of 2023.

After I had my daughter, I went back to school for my STNA certification and I am also a certified phlebotomist.  I love working with kids and helping people.  I am a kind and passionate person with a gentle nature to help even the most nervous patients be at ease.

Scheduling Coordinator

As a scheduling coordinator, I get to greet everyone who comes in.  I enjoy scheduling our patient's appointments and getting to know them through their course of treatment.  My favorite thing about working in an orthodontic office is seeing a patient walk up after getting their braces off with a big smile on their face!

I live in Clinton with my boyfriend and our two German shepherds.  I am a fulltime college student majoring in Psychology, so in the free time that I do get, I enjoy taking the dogs on walks and spending time with our friends and family.

Katie

Scheduling Coordinator

In 2022 I joined the team as a Scheduling Coordinator.  I get to greet all your great smiling faces as you come into the office and help you get scheduled for your next appointment.  It is so fun getting to know all of you throughout your treatment and seeing how happy you are at the end.

Outside of work, I am a photographer and enjoy getting out of the house with my camera to find some inspiration for great photos.  When I'm not doing that, you can always find me enjoying time with family and friends.
